Welcome to Simply SMART Yoga – formerly known as Birthlight Classes Newmarket. We provide specialist classes for new mothers and their babies, toddlers and pre-school aged children to enjoy simple yoga based stretches, breathing practices and relaxation combined with songs and rhymes in an atmosphere of fun and friendship. Fathers, grandparents and nannies are also always welcome.

We provide weekly group classes, individually tailored activities for nurseries or pre-schools, and one to one sessions by appointment. Our teachers are experienced education and childcare professionals; fully trained through Birthlight, the world’s leading Baby Yoga specialists.
